Quilt an Hour a Day

Take a look at Judy Laquidara's site to learn about her Quilt for an Hour projects. She is beginning another one May 19th. She has already posted how much of what types of fabrics you need to pull from your stash so you can be ready to go on the 19th.

I like the simplicity of her stars and how the contrasting backgrounds develop a second pattern. It will be interesting to see how it goes. You can watch the progress of all the participants by clicking on their name.

She has even developed a Tri-Recs tool tutorial to help you with the cutting. I think it's a real motivation to try something new and to do it rather quickly, as I try to keep up with the Jones's!
